This scholarship is provided in recognition of the support given by the Tasmanian community over many years to the Robert Fergusson business.
Available to a Tasmanian commencing the Bachelor of Architecture and Built Environments in Semester 1, 2021 who has a strong intention to pursue a career in architecture. In addition to academic ability, the applicant should also demonstrate that the financial assistance would provide a greater opportunity to study. The successful applicant will demonstrate significant achievement in the area of design, and have considerable awareness of sustainability and heritage in conservation.
To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.

Applicants must also submit a portfolio of work (on USB) directly to the Scholarships Office, University of Tasmania, Private Bag 48, Hobart, Tas 7001. The selection process for this scholarship will also involve an interview which will be held in mid-late January.
