Graeme Tole Memorial Scholarship in Agricultural Science

The late Graeme Tole made a significant contribution to the Tasmanian agricultural sector before his death in 2004. He was Australian prime lands producer of the year in 1999, involved in Rural Youth, Apex and Landcare as well as running a successful property at Cressy. Friends, family and rural organisations have endowed this scholarship in his memory.

 

Eligibility

Available to a student commencing first year in either the Bachelor of Agricultural Science or the Bachelor of Applied Science (Agriculture and Business). Preference will be given to students interested in pursuing a career within Tasmanian Agriculture on completion of their studies. Financial need will also be considered.

On-going Eligibility

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.

$4,000 per year

Up to four years
