This scholarship was established in 2015 by Rhonda Ewart to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the University of Tasmania and to provide an honours scholarship in perpetuity to be awarded to a student undertaking Honours in Dementia Care with the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre, University of Tasmania.
Eligibility
Available to a student who is commencing an Honours program in Semester 1, 2023 in a field relevant to dementia, supervised through the Wicking Dementia Research and Education Centre. The student must be enrolled in a School within the College of Health and Medicine. Selection will be based upon academic merit and demonstration of financial need.
On-going Eligibility
To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all components of their Honours degree.
