Scholarships & Bursaries

Study Abroad and Exchange Scholarships are designed to assist our current students with the costs associated with participating in one of the following Learning Abroad categories:

1. Semester Based Study Abroad & Exchange Programs

2. Short-Term Study Abroad & Exchange Programs

3. Featured Exchange Partner University Programs

4. Faculty-led International Programs

5. Other approved Learning Abroad Programs

6. Virtual Learning Abroad Programs

With COVID-19 currently preventing overseas travel, a limited number of scholarships are available for current students undertaking Virtual Learning Abroad Programs.

Eligibility

Available to current students who will be undertaking a Learning Abroad program in the first half of 2023. To be eligible, students must have completed at least 50 credit points at the time of their Learning Abroad program start date, and not already receiving an overseas exchange scholarship which exceeds $2,000. As part of the selection process, GPA and quality of written application may be taken into consideration.

Amount

$500 - $2,000 based on program type, program length and the number credit points received. Please refer to the funding table above.

Duration

Up to one semester
