Health and Medicine at the University of Tasmania is a vital pillar of our research and teaching programs. We aspire to meet the healthcare needs of an ageing population, reduce the burden of preventable chronic disease and deliver convenient and affordable health services while improving consumer engagement in health care.
These relocation bursaries are being offered to encourage interstate domestic students to study the Bachelor of Medical Research at the University of Tasmania and to assist with relocation expenses.
Available to domestic students relocating from interstate who are commencing the Bachelor of Medical Research (53E) or the Bachelor of Medical Research with Honours (M4G) in Semester 1, 2020.
Students must be enrolled in a full-time load, equating to a minimum of four 12.5 credit point units per semester post-census date to receive payment of the bursary.
To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.
Applicants will be automatically assessed for this scholarship during the University Admission process.
