Cancer Council Tasmania Honours Scholarship

These scholarships are generously provided by Cancer Council Tasmania in recognition of SeaRoad, the family of Pat Campbell and the Mazengarb family to support a student to undertake an Honours research project in any area of cancer. Related areas may include behavioural, prevention, detection, and supportive care. Two scholarships are available.

The Honours Scholarships have been made possible by philanthropic support from three great supporters of Cancer Council Tasmania. SeaRoad, the Mazengarb Family and the family of Pat Campbell are committed to supporting cancer research in Tasmania.

Cancer Council Tasmania is a not for profit organisation established in 1995 that works to minimise the incidence and impact of cancer an all Tasmanians through advocacy, education, advice and support and support for research. Available to a full-time student undertaking a Honours research project in Semester 1, 2022 in any area that focuses on cancer, this may include behavioural, prevention, detection and supportive care.

On-going Eligibility

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.
