Timberlink Scholarship in Master of Professional Engineering (Timber Design)

This scholarship is provided by Timberlink Australia to assist promising engineering students in their studies at the University of Tasmania. Timberlink Australia operates two sawmills that process sustainably grown Australian plantation pine, one in Bell Bay, Tasmania and the other Tarpeena, South Australia. Timberlink Australia has a strong focus on developing local talent with apprenticeships, leadership mentoring and technical training programs.



Available to a current student who is enrolling in the second or third year of the Master of Professional Engineering (P7A) (Timber Design) in Semester 2, 2022. Work experience opportunities with Timberlink may be explored.

Selection will be based on academic merit and quality of written application.

On-going Eligibility

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.
