Senior lecturer in the School of Government (now Politics and International Relations Program) at the University of Tasmania for more than 20 years, Dr Ralph Chapman (1927-2002) had an enduring interest in the promotion of the study of public policy through teaching and research in both academia and the public service. The School of Social Sciences has established this scholarship in order to encourage talented students to pursue postgraduate study in public policy.
Eligibility
Available to a student who is enrolled in the final research thesis unit of the Master of Arts, Public Policy specialisation (HPP763) in Semester 2, 2021. Selection will be based on academic merit.
