Scholarships & Bursaries

The Fairbrother Foundation was established in 2007 as the vehicle through which Fairbrother could give back and support the community. The Foundation's Charter lists its key objectives as being to demonstrate good corporate citizenship by the identification of programmes, events and worthwhile causes to support through charitable contributions. The Fairbrother Foundation has been working with the University Foundation since 2008 to assist family members of Fairbrother employees to successfully pursue a variety of career paths at the University of Tasmania. To date the funds supporting the University scholarships have largely come from donations from the Fairbrother Group and Fairbrother family.

Available to a child of an employee of Fairbrother Pty Ltd or Degree C Pty Ltd commencing or continuing full-time undergraduate study in any course in the first half of 2023. Preference will be given to a commencing student.

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester. Recipients will be required to regularly communicate their progress to the Fairbrother Foundation.
