Scholarships & Bursaries

These honours scholarships are provided by the University of Tasmania to encourage excellent students to continue their study at honours level.

Eligibility

Available to students who are commencing or continuing with an Honours course in any discipline in Semester 1, 2020. Selection will be based on academic merit. Additional benefits may be available to students who obtain a first-class honours degree and continue on to a research program at the University of Tasmania.

On-going Eligibility

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.

Up to one year (full-time study)

Applicants should apply online and forward a copy of the referee's report to two referees. All potential honours students should make contact with the Honours Coordinator in their discipline to discuss interests and options.
