Scholarships & Bursaries

These bursaries have been endowed by the late Jessie Jenkins to support women students in all areas of study at the University of Tasmania.

Available to female student commencing study at the University of Tasmania who needs financial support to attend the University. Applicants must have to reside away from home in order to attend university or, because of family or other commitments, have to travel a significant distance to attend a university campus, or who demonstrate the need for financial assistance to undertake study.

To retain this award, recipients are required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester.
